ABOUT THE KNOT HOUSE

My inspiration began New Years 2012 during a trip to the Dominican Republic, where the local dogs wearing these wonderful handmade collars. I decided to pair that concept with my obsession with climbing rope, florescent colors and gold/brass accents.

After making collars for my muses (Panda, a 11 year old Shepard Mix and Bones, a 7 year old Boxer), a jewelry designer/ friend wanted one for herself and suggested I make them for humans.

AND…An accessory line for dogs and their best friends was created. 

All of our dog and human accessories are handmade with LOVE-LOVE-LOVE in Brooklyn and Montauk, NY.
